Lady Cardinals add Blazejewski to their roster, ex Etzella

Maria Blazejewski

BSNF newcomer Lady Cardinals de Lajas added to their roster 25-year old American forward Maria Blazejewski (185-91, college: L.Superior). She played last season at Etzella in Luxembourg Total League. In 8 games she recorded very impressive stats: 15.5ppg, 6.9rpg and 1.9apg. Blazejewski helped them to make it to the semifinals. She also played that season for Baskets Grunberg in 2.Bundesliga where in 20 games she averaged 14.7ppg, 8.1rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2spg. A very spectacular season in her career as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga North Honorable Mention.
Blazejewski was voted Deb McPherson Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year back in 2013 at her college time.
Blazejewski has played also professionally in Czech Republic (Karlovy Vary).
She attended Lake Superior State until 2013 and it will be her fourth season as a professional player.
